For this boutique mixed-use development, Spectrum SS provided full-service general contracting from site development through final inspection. Our in-house team managed utilities, grading, framing, and finishing trades delivering a space that balanced modern design with long-term durability. Interior painting, drywall, and wall coverings were completed to a flawless standard, ensuring the property was move-in ready.

Hotel Render

Before construction began, Spectrum SS was brought on to handle pre-construction planning and licensed trade coordination for this upcoming hotel. We oversaw site preparation, structural build-out, and concrete coatings to ensure a strong foundation. Interior upgrades included drywall, painting, and custom wall finishes, creating a cohesive, high-end look. Our ability to manage every trade in-house kept the project on schedule and investor-ready.

Beams

Spectrum SS transformed this industrial building into a modern co-working space through expert remodeling and tenant improvements. Structural reinforcements, new drywall partitions, and specialty wall coverings shaped a collaborative, stylish interior. Exterior pressure washing and painting revitalized the façade, while durable concrete coatings inside added both strength and polished appeal.

Following the success of the first Beams project, Spectrum SS partnered again to expand into a second location. We executed full-scope licensed trade services from general contracting and remodeling to finishing touches like painting, wall coverings, and writeable surfaces for creative collaboration. The project reinforced the client’s brand identity and delivered a flexible, future-ready space for entrepreneurs and businesses.
